Der August war alles andere als ruhig – im TYPO3-Universum ist ordentlich was passiert.

Vom großen geplanten Code-Sprint bis zu den Dev-Days war gefühlt in jeder Ecke Bewegung drin. Es gibt neue Releases, ein paar spannende Extensions und wie immer: Diskussionen, Ideen und Community-Power.

Besonders gefreut hat mich, wie viel sich auch hinter den Kulissen tut – sei es in den Teams rund um Localization oder Content Types, oder durch Einzelne, die TYPO3 mit ganz viel Herzblut weiterbringen.

August didn’t slow down one bit – the TYPO3 world stayed busy.

From the planned code sprints to the Developer Days, there’s a lot going on behind the scenes and in the spotlight. New releases dropped, interesting extensions popped up, and teams like Localization and Content Types are clearly on a mission. There’s also a growing sense of collaboration, from grassroots contributions to bigger community projects.

Seit August 2023 hat sich hier eine lebendige Gemeinschaft entwickelt, in der Wissen nicht verpufft, sondern wächst. TYPO3 Dev Days 2025 - What. A. Ride!

Ein 8-bit-Abenteuer der Extraklasse – die TYPO3 Developer Days 2025 haben die Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Konferenz punktete mit einer deutlich verjüngten Teilnehmerschaft und erstklassigen Fachvorträgen. In der Zertifizierungsrunde bestanden 31 von 48 Kandidaten ihre Prüfungen zum Editor, Integrator, Developer oder Consultant. Das Rahmenprogramm mit Kegelturnier sorgte für Teamspirit und Networking bei Sommerwetter. Als Highlight erhielten TYPO3-Contributor einen exklusiven Appreciation Hoodie. Das nächste Treffen der Community ist bereits geplant: 6.-8. August 2026 in Karlsruhe.

Fluid-FPDF

This extension provides you a complete set of ViewHelpers for dealing with FPDF by using Fluid. You can use the ViewHelpers easily in own Extensions just by defining the fpdf-Namespace. Additionally you are able to use the build in plugin, for displaying predefined PDF. This plugin offers you automatically all available PDFs.

Fluid-FPDF now makes it easy to create PDF/A-3b documents that are suitable for e-invoices according to ZUGFeRD/Factur-X, for example, by embedding an XML file - based on normal Fluid templates.
